A/B comparison: check how quantity changes your dividend amount
Assume the same dividend event, a dividend of KRW 500 per share, an entered tax rate of 15.4% and a purchase price of KRW 20,000 per share. This example does not guarantee the applicable tax rate or payment.
With 100 shares, A shows KRW 50,000 gross and KRW 42,300 net. Pin A and change B to 200 shares: KRW 100,000 gross and KRW 84,600 net. Quantity doubles, but the gross dividend yield on purchase cost remains 2.5% in both scenarios.
The higher dividend amount assumes a larger holding. This comparison does not establish payment eligibility, future dividends or price changes. Pin A again if you change the dividend event, dividend per share, tax rate or purchase price.
How dividends are calculated
